Remember Nothing

Privacy policy

Applies to the Remember Nothing iOS app for iPhone and iPad. Last updated 30 October 2026.

The short version

What stays on your device

Everything you put into Remember Nothing is stored on your device: item names, places, rooms, tags, notes, photos, reminder text, times, repeats and settings. We have no server that holds it, so we can’t see it or recover it for you.

Anonymous counts

To see which features people use and whether the free limits feel right, the app keeps a few anonymous counts, along with basic details like the app and iOS version. They are not linked to your name or any account, and they never include item names, places, notes, photos, reminder text or anything you say. We use them only to improve the app, and we don’t share them or use them for advertising.

Purchases

The one-time unlock is sold through the App Store. Apple handles your payment, and we never see your card details or Apple ID. The app only checks with Apple whether the unlock is active, so it can lift the free limits.

Permissions

The app may ask for these, each only when you use the feature. You can change them any time in the Settings app.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the app ever starts sending your items or reminders anywhere, we will say so here and in the app first, and ask you.
